It’s time we stop telling people including children to look out for themselves and to put their oxygen mask on before putting on any others. What if we created a culture of thinking about other people’s needs? Putting ourselves in the mindset that others are affected by our actions and that we need to think about how our actions will affect our coworkers, families, friends, or close relationships.
